30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and unopened
  • Returned in original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Items listed under Non-Returnable Items are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, we’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Microwavable comfort products that have been heated or used
  • Items intended for direct contact with the neck, shoulders, or skin once used
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your order number + clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. In most cases, a return will not be required.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 business days after approval for processing
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, return addresses may vary. After approval, our team will provide the correct return address and guide you through next steps.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

We process orders quickly to support timely delivery.

  • Changes are possible only if your order has not entered processing
  • Once processed or shipped, the order can’t be canceled or modified
  • In that case, it will follow our standard return and refund policy after delivery

Exchanges & Replacements

If you receive an incorrect item or the product arrives damaged/defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos or video showing the issue upon arrival.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost where applicable.

Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear after delivery is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for free replacement or return shipping coverage.
